STARTERS

Roast pumpkin, Thyme and ginger soup

Fresh White crab, prawn and crayfish cocktail with granary bread

Smoked venison with rocket and walnut pesto

Game terrine of duck, pigeon and pheasant with toast and spiced fruit chutney

Smoked salmon gravadlax with fiery beetroot, soured cream and walnut bread

MAINS

Roast turkey with traditional trimmings (Brussel sprouts, roasted carrots and parsnips, chipolatas, chestnut stuffing, roasted potatoes and gravy

Oven baked loin of cod on chilli, crab and sweetcorn risotto and seafood bisque

Braised lamb shank on honey and thyme mash, mixed bean and bacon stew

Roast pumpkin and red pepper risotto, peppered rocket and walnut coated goats cheese

Oven baked salmon fillet stuffed with garlic prawns, mash, chilli, cherry tomato and caper butter sauce with a Parmesan crisp
